Hey guess what? Summer is right around the corner!! Sunshine, flip flops and ice cream. Whether you have your own beach home or want to give your space that warm beachy feeling, check out these 7 Must-Haves for Your Beachy Home:

1. Swing Chair

A rattan swing chair on a porch or inside the home adds a relaxed, island touch to a space. I love the inspiration image above with natural rattan and comfy pillows. One of my favorite sources is the lightweight and natural Hanging Rattan Chair by Serena and Lily.

2. White Slipcovers

Practical yet beautiful, white cotton or canvas slipcover seating is perfect for the beach home! Just take off the slipcover and shake the sand off. This Malibu home inspiration, with slipcover armchairs and colorful pillows, provides a perfect summer look.

3. Beach Towel Basket

Simplicity is so attractive. Check out this dark basket with blue and white towels rolled up, ready to grab on your way to the beach. The contrast of colors and natural materials are just perfect!

4. Glass Bottle Vases

Glass, water, greenery...there is something so magical about sunlight playing with these elements. Use mismatching bottles with leaves or flowers on your mantle to bring nature into your home.

5. String Lights

Imagine an outdoor barbecue at sunset with string lights sparkling above and around. These little objects add such magic to the night! These are some of my favorite finds: Float the Idea Stringlights at ModCloth

6. Jute Rug

Few things say beachy more than a natural woven fiber rug, especially jute. Salt and sand blend into the earthy colors, easy to vacuum and shake outside. Check out this favorite, the West Elm Jute Boucle Rug

7. Outdoor Shower

And last but not least...a beach home is not complete without an outdoor shower! Coming back from surfing or laying out in the sun, a shower in the open air is deliciously refreshing. I adore the simplicity of this wooden divider with towel hooks.
